The Lazy Bag is part of the Lazy Jack system, and can cover and protect the main sail, without having to loosen the Lazy Jack , as would be necessary with a traditional boom cover.

It is made from acrylic with an anti-UV thread, the bottom part is made out of net to enable drainage of the water, and it has the necessary openings for the reefing lines to go through. This accessory for the sailing boat produced by Di-Tech Sailmakers, has reinforced attachments to the lazy jack, so that it is able occasionally to act as a topping lift.

The afore mentioned part is removed during navigation to leave the luff area free.
